When is the Expo?

The 2013 Expo will be held March 15th & 16th.

Where will the Expo take place?

The Expo is held at the Sheridan County Civic Center.

I had a booth last year, do I need to reserve a booth again this year?

Yes, booths are available on a first come, first serve basis, you will need to reserve a booth with KATQ.

Can I request a specific booth?

If you have been an exhibitor with us before we will do our utmost to make you happy, but we cannot guarantee that you will get exactly what you want.  As for new exhibitors, we cannot reserve specific booth space at this time as booths are available on a first come, first serve basis. 

What if I decide to "risk it" and just show up, you can squeeze me in right?

We do aim to please, and we'll sure try to assist you, but space is at a premium at the Civic Center and we may not be able to accommodate you. 

I have an idea for a guest speaker, who should I talk to?

If you have a topic you'd like to see discussed, or even better, know of a speaker we absolutely HAVE to have at the Expo please contact Bonnie at: 406.765.1480 or bonnie_katq@yahoo.com.

What are your booth sizes?

Most of our booths are 8 feet wide by 7 feet deep.  However, due to space limitations  some booths are smaller.

What amenities/services does KATQ provide to the exhibitors?

KATQ is more than happy to provide our exhibitors with electricity, tables & chairs, wireless internet, a forklift will be available if needed, backdrops are available upon request (we have a limited amount available, as such, they are available on a first come, first serve basis).

When can we set up?

Exhibitors may begin setting up their booths beginning at 9:00 AM on Thursday, March 14th until 5:00 PM that evening.  You can also set up your booth the morning of the 15th, but we do discourage exhibitors from doing so.

What are the hours of the Expo?

Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
