The 2012 date for the N.E. Montana KATQ Farm Expo will be March 16th and 17th. One popular feature of the expo is the photo contest. Spring, summertime and fall afford great photography opportunities in Montana, so KATQ has 5 new categories for the contest. Weather related photos, Eastern Montana flora/ flowers and flower gardens, birds of Eastern Montana, geographic formations of Eastern Montana and the final category- kids in action. So take your camera with you, you never know when you will find that perfect picture.
Deadline for entry is March 9th, 2012. No late entries will be accepted. Photos MUST be either 4 x 6 inches or 5 x 7 inches. NO matted photos or framed pictures will be accepted. Attach a label with name, address, phone number and category. Up to 5 entries per photographer. One prize awarded per category.

Also, if possible please email a coy of your photo to katq@nemont.net by March 9th. Pictures can be picked up at KATQ after March 23rd between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. KATQ reserves the right to use photos for any future promotional efforts. no repeat entry of any photo.
